We all have habitual patterns of thinking and automatic emotional reactions that sabotage our happiness and impair healthy functioning in life and relationships. We also have incredible wisdom and mental powers we can learn to access in order to meet any challenge with resilience and a positive response.

Mental Fitness Boot Camp
As a PQ CoachTM, I lead individuals and small groups through a
12-week PQ® program, which includes app-guided exercises, weekly video teachings, a digital and audio version of the book Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine, and weekly live online meetings with me to support your progress all the way through.

Positive Intelligence® in Coaching Programs
The Foundational PQ® training is incorporated into most of my coaching programs because when clients are aware of their Saboteurs and able to access their Sage powers, the benefits of their coaching are greatly amplified, progress more quickly, and last long after the coaching program ends.

Sustained Mental Fitness in GROW Program
After completing the Foundation PQ® program, many clients opt to continue learning new material relevant to specific areas of their lives and to have access to additional tools and ongoing app support.
